I learned about how to check for websites that are accurate and not misleading. I also learned how to use Diigo, which I love. I already put a whole bunch of websites on my account. I don't have any questions at this point. I love learning about all the technology.

Three things I learned:
1. Different means of websearching.
2. Differences in web literacy.
3. Blogs.

Questions:
I don't have any questions.

One thing I'd like to learn:
How the internet works.

I learned how to find the author of a website, how to narrow a web search, and how to see what websites are linked to others.

2 questions: How do you set up a blog? Is there always a way to tell if a photo has been digitally enhanced?

I want to learn more about blogs.

I learned a little more about media literacy, online bookmark, the remastered images. I would like to learn how to work the digitial images into my class. To explain it's not always what you think. How can I create an online place for kids to surf? How can I create a blog for students to comment on and parents to veiw.

Learned about digitally enhanced photographs, evaluated web sites, and diigo.
Questions- how to do a blog for my students?
How to use diigo with my students, how do they get to the site?
I would like to know how to use audacity and actually get a podcast to work?

I learned what a blog is, what media literacy is, and how to do an advanced search on the web. Questions I have are how to do these things with a whole class with a few computers. I would like to learn more about creating web quests.

I learned:
1. how to search more specifically to topic,
2. some ways that deception by photo enhancement is being used on the internet,
3. how to analyze information online

2 questions that I have are:
1. What ways can I utilize this information in my classroom
2. How can I use this in my daily personal tech use?

I would like to learn more about how to use the internet in a positive way in my classroom.

I learned what information/media literacy is and how I can use this in my classroom. I am now able to find an easier way help my students access websites through diigo. I also know a little more about searching on the web.
I am still unsure about Web 2.0 and using advanced searches on the web.
I am looking forward to learning about wikis!

1.How to use Diigo.
2. How to Highlight in Diigo.
3. How to narrow my search on the internet.

How would you set up and use a grade level Diigo site.

I really am not sure what I want to know...I think I just need to know anything new and be open to what is available and helpful for my young learners.

I learned:
1.About search engines and directories.
2.How to do an advanced search.
3. That you can't always believe what you see on the internet.

2 ?:
If you want to do real research how do you know for sure you have a valid site?

Things I could use with 5 year olds.

I learned about diigo
I learned about media literacy

Qestion 1 - no questions now
Question 2 - no questions now

One thing I would like to learn more about is things I can use with our K. students.

I learned about the interaction between search engines and the metasearches. Diigo is definitely an organizational plus for grade levels, personal internet favorites, and for student use. Media makes me uncomfortable to believe what I see.

I don't have any questions at the present time.

I'm not sure what I want to learn -- what we're learning and how to incorporate it into the classroom.

Today I learned about Diigo, the difference between media and informational literacy and that pictures and websites are often not what they appear to be. No questions at this time. One thing I would like to learn more about is how can I easily incorporate these ideas with nine year olds?

I like portaportal, but diigo seems a little easier and versatile.
Promotional media (and media in general) is more manipulated than I realized.
Little things can make a huge difference in advertising.
Are there any sights that can be applicable to kindergarten lessons?
Examples of misleading media toward the primary age?
I would like to learn even more about diigo
